Today, Bonne Maman has expanded its range to include biscuits, compotes, and desserts, becoming a household staple in over 120 countries and one of the most trusted food brands in the world.

Our mission
Bonne Maman's e-commerce platform was built on Odoo as a fully custom solution, designed to reflect the brand's warm, artisanal identity while delivering a seamless shopping experience. From the ground up, every component was made to meet the specific needs of the brand, ensuring both flexibility for the team managing the shop and an intuitive journey for customers across multiple markets.
The project involved a wide range of custom developments, including nutritional information management, personalized customer forms with birthday date handling, mobile-specific logo display, custom ribbons, and pre-configured standard snippets for store management. Each feature was developed to integrate naturally into the Odoo ecosystem while extending it well beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities.

Recipe / DIY
A fully custom recipe and DIY section was developed, featuring a dedicated listing page and detailed individual pages complete with linked products, ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and required materials, offering customers an inspiring, end-to-end creative experience.

Product Configurator
Built on top of Odoo's variant system, the product configurator allows certain products to be marked as personalizable. Customers can then select a label and add up to two lines of custom text, making it easy to create a truly personalized gift or purchase.

Trusted Shops
The integration with Trusted Shops is fully multilingual, each language displays its own reviews and ratings. Three elements are surfaced across the shop: the global rating visible site-wide, per-product reviews, and individual product scores with star ratings.
