Cefora
Cefora est un acteur majeur de la formation en Belgique, au service de plus de 500 000 employés et 60 000 entreprises du plus grand secteur d’emploi du pays (CP 200). Créée par les partenaires sociaux, l’organisation vise à rendre l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie accessible grâce à une large gamme de cours gratuits en ligne et en présentiel, développant compétences et agilité professionnelle. Ses programmes suivent le label de qualité Cefora Learning Experience, axé sur des objectifs clairs, l’engagement, la collaboration et des résultats pratiques.

Our mission
Our mission for Cefora was to replicate their existing website and adapt it to Odoo technology, with a particular focus on the “TMS” (Training Management System) module. Since the TMS was originally developed in Luxembourg, the project was carried out through strong collaboration between the Belgian and Luxembourg teams to ensure a seamless transition while preserving all the functionalities users were already familiar with.
To facilitate this process, we created wireframes whenever major changes were required during the migration to Odoo. This helped align expectations and allowed for better planning and validation of the new structure.
Beyond the migration, we also designed and implemented new concepts and custom designs tailored specifically for Cefora within the Odoo environment. This included, for example, a fully customized registration form, as well as the development of the entire backend logic to support Cefora’s specific user workflows and business processes.

Collaborative creation process
Each project is developed in close collaboration with the client, following a structured process that includes needs analysis, wireframing, estimation, and implementation. To smooth communication and accelerate decision-making, on-site meetings were organized at key moments of the project. This agile approach, organized into sprint-based iterations, ensures transparency, regular feedback, and consistent progress toward the project’s goals.

Custom snippets
To enhance usability and maintain brand consistency, we design and develop custom snippets tailored to the client’s visual identity and functional requirements. These reusable components are seamlessly integrated into the Odoo website builder, enabling the client to easily create and manage content while preserving the overall design coherence.

Bespoke feature development
We analyze and build custom back-office functionalities that address the client’s specific operational needs. These developments often include front-end integrations, allowing new features to be reflected directly on the user interface. The result is a fully personalized digital experience aligned with both business objectives and user expectations.
