Zippsafe is a Swiss scale‑up redefining locker‑room management with its Smart Soft Locker system. Since 2016 the company has delivered space‑saving, IoT‑connected lockers that cut storage footprints by up to 70 % for hospitals, pharma sites, factories and office campuses. Head‑quartered in Zurich and operating from hubs in Budapest and Düsseldorf, Zippsafe’s 60‑strong team oversees R &D, sales and final assembly while partnering with European manufacturers to keep quality and sustainability high.
Our mission
To keep pace with rapid growth, Zippsafe asked us to turn a stock Odoo instance into a fully branded, customer‑centric platform that supports both internal users and external clients. Starting from an Adobe XD prototype supplied by Maform and Zippsafe’s in‑house designer, we:
- Skinned Odoo — extended the backend, portal and PDF outputs with Zippsafe fonts, colours and iconography for a seamless brand experience.
- Re‑engineered key views — dashboards, quotations, sales orders, subscriptions and a new “User Manuals” library were reorganised for clarity and self‑service.
- Automated documents — crafted custom quotation‑ and order‑PDF templates handled by our offshore Odoo dev team, ensuring every customer touch‑point mirrors Zippsafe’s design standards.
The result is a cohesive, scalable Odoo environment that unites CRM, quoting, subscription billing and customer self‑service under one elegant interface—perfectly matching Zippsafe’s mission to make storage smarter and space‑efficient.
